The International Surf Festival kicks off today with the Charlie Saikley 6 man Volleyball Tournament in Manhattan Beach.
The first event in Hermosa Beach will be held on Friday, August 3rd at 7:30 pm as the Los Angeles County Lifeguard Championships will take place at the Hermosa Beach Pier.
